Irtifa Nasir

Assistant Professor, SOM FCCU

With 20+ years of diverse experience across marketing, academia, media, and theater, and degrees in Math (LUMS) and Advertising (University of Florida), Irtifa Nasir brings a wealth of creativity, leadership and perspective to the team. In addition to being an entrepreneur and communications consultant, she has been teaching marketing and mentoring aspiring creative entrepreneurs since 2009, empowering them to carve their own paths.

In 2021, Irtifa founded The Tinkers’ Collective as a safe and inclusive ‘third’ space to serve as a source of social, emotional and mental wellbeing for adults looking to find solace and support in community. When she is not tinkering with ideas, teaching or curating learning experiences, Irtifa can be found on public forums talking about how to successfully bridge generational/cultural divides in academia as well as the workplace.

Irtifa’s diverse background, commitment to community, contagious energy and passion to build bridges and enrich people’s lives propels her as she designs and delivers innovative, high-impact soft-skills workshops and team-building activities.

Ayesha Majid Lari is an L&D professional with 20+ years of experience specializing in mindfulness, emotional resilience, and personal growth. She has an MPA in HR from IAS – University of the Punjab, and has facilitated numerous training programs, including a World Bank project in Afghanistan. Ayesha is also a certified yoga instructor with 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training accredited by Yoga Alliance, and integrates meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness practices into transformative learning experiences. Through her signature sessions, “Find Your Flow with Ayesha Lari,” she empowers individuals to unlock their potential, achieve clarity, and build resilience.

As the founder of Spreading Smiles, a platform promoting empathy and wellness among the underprivileged, in the past decade, she has actively led hundreds of impactful community initiatives such as old home visits, orphanage support, widespread fundraising campaigns and mindfulness sessions.

Ayesha also collaborates with popular wellness platforms like Soul Sanctuary and Journey to Joy, offering meditation and emotional wellbeing programs. Her unique blend of professional expertise and holistic practices makes her a sought-after facilitator, inspiring individuals and organizations to thrive.

Muhammad Abbas Rizvi is the CEO of Web Sketchers, a leading digital marketing company, with over a decade of experience in digital marketing and multimedia advertising. His hands-on leadership has elevated brand value for several multinational clients.

A strong advocate for continuous learning, Abbas emphasizes the importance of training and development in the fast-evolving tech landscape. Beyond his entrepreneurial work, he is a mentor with Women X, a World Bank initiative supporting women’s empowerment and entrepreneurship.

As a Meta-certified lead trainer for the She Means Business program, Abbas is also a dedicated L&D consultant, designing impactful training experiences that help professionals stay ahead in the digital world. Additionally, he serves as the General Secretary of the Digital Rights Foundation, contributing to advocacy in technology and digital rights.
